Since 2008, he has been involved in digital imaging and has worked with major studios, including Sony Pictures and Paramount, on theatrical releases and high-profile productions. Filip earned a Bachelor's degree from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, where he specialized in Cinematography within the Department of Camera.
He designs robust workflows from capture to long-term storage, integrating tools like checksum-verified transfers and live grading for colour and metadata consistency, color management, and seamless collaboration across production and post. Filip’s expertise includes camera setup, on-set grading, quality control, exposure control, and rapid transcoding, alongside secure triple-redundant backups to protect original camera negatives and audio files.
Calm under pressure and meticulous in detail, he bridges the gap between on-set creativity and post-production, ensuring the director’s and DOP’s vision is preserved from the shoot to the final delivery. Filip is a member of the Serbian Film Commission and The Association of Film Artists of Serbia.
